Catching Up with Old Friends

Hello, blogger blog. It's been a long time since we talked. How are you? Did that head cold clear up? No? You're still sick? I'm sorry to hear that, blogger blog. Ready to do some work? No? Too bad.

So I finally posted a new item on my Etsy - work (real, crappy work) has been incredibly tough lately, so I haven't gotten a chance to do much weaving, but I overcame and posted a new bracelet. You can see it here, if you're interested. Also, you can just look at the picture right in front of your face.

I also have some other exciting news in the world of Manly Knitting. First off, I've become an official sponsor for Extralife's Nerdtacular '09! That's right, I'm providing some of my chainmail to be given away as prizes at the big event next month! So that's pretty awesome. Also, I've applied to share a table with the wonderful Yummy Pancake at the Crafty by Nature outdoor indie market at Shupp's Grove in Adamstown, PA. You can check it out here if you like - the site doesn't have much now, but it does have links where you can get a bit more information. I've applied for July 5th, so if you're in the area, check it out, alright?

Ok, remember how I mentioned how work is pretty bad lately? Well here I go, off to a 14 hour day (and it's Saturday.) Joy.

Down to Business

So I listed my first new item since I started this blog. I put my small chainmail dice pouch up for sale on www.manlyknitting.com this morning, and I already have a new heart on it! Thanks, Zike888! The Beginning

Manly Knitting now has a blog. Yes, that's right, a blog. But not just any blog. A MANLY blog. An ALL CAPITAL blog. Except it won't be in all capitals. That would just be ANNOYing. So stay tuned, much more to come!
